Nipper/Junior session
Penzance Leisure Centre Swimming Pool		6pm-7pm

SUNDAYS:-
Beach Training		1-4pm

MONDAYS:-
Circuit Training at Clubhouse, anyone 16+ (free to members, others £1)		7.30-9pm

TUESDAYS:-
Swimming at Carn Brea Leisure Centre		8.30-9.30pm

WEDNESDAYS:-
Badminton/Gym sessions at Cornwall college, Pool		8.00-9.00pm (over 16's only)

Nippers are aged 7 - 13 years. All other sessions are for Juniors, Seniors and Nippers aged 13 years and over. Nipper sessions are at the beach and £1.50 at the swimming pool

Membership fees are due for renewal on the 1 January each year. They are reviewed at our Annual General Meeting and take into account any increases made by the Surf Life Saving Association of Great Britain.

Membership fees for 2008 have remained the same as in 2007 and 2006 and are as follows: -

Nipper (aged between 7 and 12 on 01/01/08) £15.00
Junior (aged between 13 and 15 on 01/01/08) £25.00
Senior (aged 16 and over on 01/01/08) £40.00
Non-active member £20.00

A proportion of the above fees are sent to the SLSA of GB, part of which goes towards providing personal accident insurance and in the case of the senior subscription provides a monthly newsletter called Swim and Save. These subscriptions are: - Nippers £10.50, Juniors £15.50 and Seniors £19.00.

Any one wishing to become a non-active member is very welcome and you will be helping club funds with either the full £20 or if you wish to become a non-active member of SLSA GB £5 will be sent on to the Association.
